Managers can be toxic , plus no appraisal from last 2 years, manager is baised with teams on his location vs team on other remote location in terms of rating and appraisal or rewards recognition.

There is nothing to like , no team is ready to support and work . Firstly have so many departments and no one is clearly aware of their own responsibility. The senior most will just push off work on you and do nothing other than eating head on calls
