There is no micro management, we are free to work on the projects in our own pace , additionaly there are good clients and we have good work to do here

Dislikes

The promotion hikes would be in range of 5 to 6 persent and aimilar story for yearly appraisals. Even for top ratings we get around 5 percent hike. This is not good and dismal to know. They promise and forget 👏👏
