It's an average company.

There are management issues , politics, salary is negligible. They are considering working till 10 PM is general shift which is not good. US have their shift ending at 4 PM and other countries too but Indians have general shift ending at 10 PM. Overlapping time for calls till 8 PM is fine after that company should provide shift allowance or not allow to sit that's like a good work culture.

Company provides you an option to switch to a different project if you have completed 1.5 years in current project.So you are not stuck in a project you are unhappy with.

RMG the worst team ,actually responsible for assigning an employee to a project, but will try to assign a java developer to a salesforce even though you have cleared java project interview.

Contributions to project alone are not considered while appraisals/promotions; expectation to contribute significantly in capgemini internal projects/service lines beyond your stipulated work hours.

Working at client location, manager are useless and don’t care about us. They just want account and money and for that they are ready to even get u prosecuted. No support at all, because of other managers escalation we are made to go 5 days sometime. Don’t join capgemini

Lot of corporate politics, one side decision without discussion with employee. Best company required little bit changes with RM, HR, b u h r, and manager. Some HR people will speak like hell. They cannot share if information if it is not relevant to there at least they have to guide to whom to contact.
