They put 90% of the freshers on 24*7 support roles which affects the health, work life balance and mental peace. The rotational shifts takes up your life to death and the company doesn’t care a bit about it. They keep many people on bench for 2-3 years. There is no growth personally and professionally both. No appraisal and promotion even if you get appraisal it’s like in few pennies. They make you work for straight 9.5 hrs and even more in one go. No weekends off. If you want to take off you have to manage a resource from your team to do your shift which affects you and that person’s personal life as well. Managers don’t give a single damn about anything.
