Everything !!! There is nothing good. They will not give you any hike. If they give hike also, its just 1/2 %. They will give you randomly 3 rating and if you questioned the manager he will inform you this rating will not effect you on hike. And finally you will not receive the hike. After that if you reach the manager he will ask you have you completed the 48 hours/ 56 hours mandatory training.? So as per them you have to complete the mandatory training to get the hike, the technical kills, knowledge you have will not help you. And ofcourse if you complete everything, you will not receive any hike. Going to manager is useless!!! They will refer their manager and then will ask you to check with HR. So tag line of Capgemini "the future you want" it should be "Leave Capgemini if you want a future " !!!...Read More
