Capgemini offices are located at great locations plus the benifts they provide

Dislikes

They dont serve free food at the office for employees and they should give permamnent work from home for those who can wfh so that they can save money, and promotion and salary hike are no where to be seen, give very less salary employees can barely survive.

Dislikes

People are very biased against female employees. They tell you they prefer female employees while hiring but after that they treat us very badly. Even female supervisor are the same. They prefer male employees for promotion, increment, projects and everything. Even though they are less qualified than a female employee.
