I can not think of anything.
The list is long. There are no hikes or promotions even if you work very hard. They will pay you very less. Notice period is 3 months but in time of joining they want immediate joiners. They micro manage everything including what you are doing each and every second in your laptop with an app. Not a good company. Well if you are entering the company with hike which will work just fine. While if you seek to grow within the company from bottom then SALARY will haunt you quite frequently.

Nothing to be liked about just a normal service based company. Who prefer client over employee.
Even if you get top rating performance wise there will be near to no hike in your salary. Always expect to be available on weekends which is worst thing I felt here.

Salary structure completely out of sync with respect to role, designation, skill sets. Salary structure not upto the market standards. There is no capping of salary between existing resources and external hires.

I like the work culture and my manager was quite supportive during my entire tenure.
I was hired as an SAP Consultant and the worst part is my skillset was changed because there was another skill required for the project. However, after completion of that project, the RMG mentioned that there is no requirement for your skills. During the entire bench period, i was struggling to get into the project and there was zero support from RMG or any manager. I even tried reaching out from my own end to the known folks inside the org however they were constantly telling me that there is no requirement and they can't help. Another point, if they are changing the skillset for project requirements then they can also give us training for any new project which is quite logical. This is nothing but quiet firing. The RMG people will only look for options to cut your salary if you are on the bench mentioning that the tool is indicating that our working hours are less and sending us the screenshots, instead, they should look more into resource project tagging.

1. You will get access to different learning portals like Coursera, Udemy and many others. 2. Reimbursement for different paid certification like AWS, Microsoft or GCP, etc.
1. Worst company for freshers ever who wanted to learn and grow there career. 2. During this appx 2 yrs of service, did not get a single project to work and as a result keeps u tagging to different technology and exams always as per there convenience. They don't ask your desire for tech changing ever. 3. There are too many number of people on bench even they are hiring, think before joining 4. Peoples on bench(specifically juniors) for Pune location are strictly asked to come to office on all weekdays and asking them to sign attendance sheet like a college or school which makes absolutely no sense but they just wanted to frustrate those bench people so that they will resign themselves. 5.
