Worst Company Ever to work

The co does not prize its staff, they see their staff as their serfs. They don't prize their private time. Zero work-life harmony. Leaders and senior tech individual are the least informed individuals. Group CTO is the least skilled individual technically. All he mentions is his prior roles at other places and doesn't discuss how we can devise a fix to meet the needs. He's a sort of sycophant who enjoys flattering leaders and disregards subordinates. I simply regret ever joining this co. If you still have an opportunity, I advise you to never join this co. This isn't just my account, it's the account of every other person here. Trust me. This co can do anything such as posting untrue feedback, dismiss you from the co any single day without warning. I've witnessed many dismissals without any compensation, warning, or notices.
