Might be good for freshers to start their career just to gain experience and then switch.

There are too many cons about this company. 1 . Too much drama saying they don't have business everytime it's appraisal period. 2. They act as if they are doing us a favor by employing us. 3. Managers and supervisors are not at supportive. 4. Regional favouritism is high. 5. Unprofessional HR team. 6. No promotions even thoughyou are high performer. 7. Managers will have their own favourites and just bucketing them is very much important. 8. You cannot question your manager not their favourite person, whether your work is getting hampered by that Or they are dominating you. You should not raise your voice or concern. If you do so they will start saying your performance is not upto the mark and that person is your senior and you should respect that person. 9. Calls will not be answered even if it's an emergency, they get back to you at their own sweet time. 10. If it's work from home don't expect your manager to login, they will be busy with their household work for which the company is paying. It goes on........Read More

Terrible Employer! wouldn't wish working for this company on my worst enemy. From day one, it was clear that the management had no regard for their employees' well-being or professional development. Avoid working here. The leadership team is completely disconnected from the realities of the workplace. They make arbitrary decisions without considering the impact on employees, and they're quick to throw their own staff under the bus to save face.
