Managers are toxic which spoils the whole work culture. The lady HR manager is the worst of all. Maybe she is not happy in her personal life hence she cannot handle others life being good. She will pressurizes everyone so much to work and thinks the team is as her slave. Because of her behaviour people keep quitting. There are no old people left in the team except few who are her chamchas. This attitude is creating problems in the team as new associates keep joining and quitting. The top management is least bothered that they never enquired why so many people have left. She will cry if you ask for leaves as if you are asking for her personal property and will call you during your holidays and spoil your off. Forget leaves during probation period unless you end up in hospital. If she doesn't like someone she will make sure to target them to the extent where they quit and she will display as if it's our own mistakes. Due to high work load you might not be able avail leaves. Work life balance is average based on team. Most importantly company is currently not in growth mode it is looking to stabilize the workforce and hence we cannot expect decent hikes/promotions.

Will not suggest anyone to join as a claims associate in pcm Medicare, there is a guy called b bheem raj working as SME, he is just ridiculous in behaviour, he never transfers the knowledge he has about the process and then expect team to work properly, 4 of his team members have no knowledge about the process, the manager Anupam Chatterjee is a biggest liar and have zero management skills he is just another rude manager, lying to the associates is just his cup of tea and then there comes a team leader pokuri Subba Rao, he also don’t have any knowledge about process and behaves like a stubborn kid, he is just saying whatever bheem wants him to say, three different teams of Medicare complaints against bheem and the manager is still not taking any action. This Bheem has to be removed from the team, he has zero respect towards girls and his juniors and same goes with other seniors of pcm Medicare.
