Dislikes

Once management changed things become worst. There is lot of politics in upper management. So it impacts work what you get . Like you can get support kind of work if upper management of team is not good in politics. Salary hike depends on how your relationship with your managers

Worst work culture. Please do not join if you want to grow in your technical career. They work on outdated tech stack. Management have regressive mindset. They do not care what is the area of your interest and for which tech stack they have hired you for. They have come up with new SDET model which is completely unresearched decision taken in a closed room of some old onshore folks who knows barely anything about technology. No appraisals, weak management and leadership team, they ask you to cancel your leaves and holidays sighting for company revenue and during appriasals they will just talk about a tool saying current compensation is high than market standards and some other vague reasons.
