Cab facility and office environment

Dislikes

If your l project is moving out, u are put on PIP for 6 weeks with unrealistic goals and they remove u from the organisation. Management is not good , no job security, management always focus on cost cutting.No appraisals.However you work your rating is partially met expectation and no hike. You should struggle to take your leave if your project is 24/7.

Biriyani in the office is good if you get time to eat

Dislikes

No scope for learning new things. Hell lot of work pressure. All projects that they have is priority 1 and critical. Framework that they use is very old and complex but they will make you work on it and wouldn't let you do it using any other technology. Their planning and implementation makes sense for people from mars better.
