Due to high work load you might not be able avail leaves. Work life balance is average based on team. Most importantly company is currently not in growth mode it is looking to stabilize the workforce and hence we cannot expect decent hikes/promotions.

Good compensation for some streams. Hybrid work model. Latest tech stacks in projects. But tech stack varies project to project.

Dislikes

Limited to health care domain. Lack of good projects on some niche technology. Low salary hikes. Slow career growth. Managers are not able to map skill to project to associate. They move people as and when needed irrespective of interest of people.

It's an average company, appraisals and hikes are below average and if you work for project/teams that are more visible to the clients then you'll get relatively good appraisals. You won't find anything interesting in the work, but work will be stable enough so you can make time for your family & friends. Overall, it's good company, if you know how to survive.

Policy oriented company so never expect it to be employee friendly, rules are the first priority. And there'll always be idiots to make your life Miserable.

Do not join this company for Mainframe projects. They are planning to offload all mainframe projects to 3rd party vendors and they’ll force us to move there. Else resign.
