If you want to give suggestions then what will it be in the situation below. I was working in company A for the last 4 years at an annual package of 8 LPA in another state (Karnataka ) but now 4 Day happened i joined in company B at an annual package of 12.5 LPA, Now again company A giving me a offer 11 LPA with my home state (Odisha )where my home town is near 150 km and my current job location distance to my home town is 1100 km . In this situation what should I do? Please this is very confusing for me i need some clarity from you . Before give suggestions please consider my career as on priority first . Note - I am from sales background in FMCG company
