The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that. I am a part of a team . That market reliable high quality products and has a global client base. As a result , l get to travel abroad especially to the us and Canada. But on site travel Is completely dependent on your project and Clint location, mine is a us based Clint and client location.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work is pressure

Carnival is one of the strongest cruise company these days. Its the same reason I stayed for almost 12 years now of my career.
Cutting of the retirement plan was a big hit for everyone. However we still have a competetive salary among the cruise line industries.
The work environment on a cruise ship is compact. Everything is free from lodging to food. All you have to do is to save money. When you are on vaction you dont get paid. You will get paid only when onboard while in the duration of your contract.
Honestly speaking very nice company they take care of there staff very well specially when travelling around or during vacation.
I really didn't like kitchen management they missuse the staff too much polatics inside the gally.they don't know what is hospitality
It was really fun working with company but due to kitchen management for me there was no groth they will treat you like slave and if you will be there slave then only you have chance to grow. I didn't understand why all head chef are from india( goa)
Every body was cooperative . Every things was amazing
I use to prepare food according to guest order but more then that I always take care the brand value of carnival cruise lines.use fresh ingredients to prepare dishes and maintain the kitchen hygiene according to usph.
