Good and fair management who set an example for the subordinates to follow. Work culture is good.

Dislikes

The crew/staff/officers who work hard and are honest in their job very seldom get promoted, which becomes very demoralizing. For first time crew it is harrowing time at the airport when they arrive, as they don't know how and where to go. I sincerely suggest that a representative be present to welcome the arriving crew and guide them accordingly to the hotel.

Work Details

Overall it was satisfying. Nevertheless stressful at times as needed to work 14-16 hours when some issues come up. However, I learned a lot while working with CCL and am thankful for the opportunity.
