You can be fired in 1 day without any proper reason. Through out the year lay offs are taking place. No job satisfaction. Everything is working on exceptions.

When their business succeeds good balanced, stress free and requirements fulfilled (to make situations/things profitable by befooling employees) Either they ask to employee for resignation or terminate them by falsely accusing.

Working as cars24 has been quite fulfilling for me.The salary,opportunities for promotion,job satisfaction and work life balance all are excellent here.My experience with the company has great ,and the people here are very supportive helpful by nature.

I found that there is slightly less job security at Cars24.

Very pathetic experience totally butter polish culture toxic environment after delivered targets no job security also company making fool to employees and customers as well. I will suggest better to live without job but no need to join cars24.

Only dislikes I can share because top level management only impose pressure on lower level. Those employees who can know butter polish can survive here. Experienced and honest employees will never join cars 24.Toxic culture no role of HR in this company HR will only follow top management decision. Reference and butter polish employees can survive here.

> Bad product managers (not skill full) not able to take decisions properly, and multiple PMs are working in single project, some of the PMs do nothing higher management have no idea about this who is actually working who is not.

Worst company to work if you are mentally not strong you will find your self in hospital. From CEO to manger all puts their work pressure on ground staf and fir the staff when they want job security is 0. No incriment, no bonus, nothing they all ways try to cut salery. HR department is useless 0.
