Flexible work timing. Women's friendly environment. Dislikes: Promotions is not an easy job here. If you work for an agency, you won’t receive any rewards such as recognition. They don't even view you as part of the team. Their collaboration is limited to full-time employees exclusively. Skill development courses are exclusively for full-time employees. Work related travel: This is a desk job.
Likes: Company Goals and strategy is great,bit the team in India manager in India treats their employees horribly ,no sense of time plan everything is urgent, calling meeting all day everyday, blaming the people is the way of working. BAD Health insurance coverage! Doesn't care about work life balance ,also depends on the team manager.
Dislikes: Their culture to follow like sheep's based on the managers guidelines,not have any individuality of people. No work from home allowed,even when policy is hybrid for CAT globally. Timing is flexible but that only allows them to make you work till 10 pm at night and expect to come to work at 9 am. No transportation facility.
