I Joined CSB BANK on 30th September 2024 from my Father's reference. My Father's Friend name is Mr. Indrajit Pal (Area Sales Head) and Miss Puja Das (Deputy Sales Manager) and my Posting was given in SALTLAKE BF BLOCK (SECTOR -1) NEAR CAP CAMP (KOLKATA)

Dislikes

I faced huge number of Challenges or Obstacles while I was working in CSB BANK. I was used to do Field work as well as Awareness Campaign at Saltlake, Kestopur and Barasat Dak Bunglow More for purpose of opening Savings or Current Account. But None of the Customers took interested in opening Savings Or Current Account because ₹ 10,000 is very expensive for middle class family and minimum balance for opening and maintaining balance is ₹ 10,000. CSB BANK is not very much popular in Eastern India like West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha and Bihar. But it is popular in South India, Western India Like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan , Goa etc. In North India like Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Chandigarh etc, is very popular although it is a private sector bank and it is a Kerala Based Bank. It has Headquarters in Thrissur (Kerala). So I suffered Chest Infection (shortness of breath) during my field work because I have dust allergy issue since my childhood. Mr. Indrajit Pal (Area Sales Head), Miss Puja Das (Deputy Sales Manager), Mr Dipankar Saha (who works in Current account and he sits on CSB BANK RN Mukherjee branch) these people behave very rudely and unprofessionally if I am unable to open a single savings or current account and they use abusive and foul language for insulting me in front of all colleagues, they tells me that you don't deserve to be banker, you are not in a condition to stay in West Bengal, you go to other cities like Mumbai , Ahmedabad, Surat, Thrissur, Noida etc. So I resigned on 26 November 2024 (Foundation Day of CSB BANK) and my notice period completed on 25th December 2024 on the occasion of Christmas. So therfore I decided that I will not do Sales Oriented Job In future....Read More

L1 Maneger toh self-centered hai he is so obsessed with himself nobody is interested fir bhi gyan dega agar tum bimar ho toh voh tumhari galti hai isse 1 din ka doctor ka letter chaiye fir ye tumhe chutti dega khud hafta gayab rheta hai agar iski chatoge toh ye tumhe sat- sun off dega nyto tumhe process se hi nikal dega kiske life me kya chal raha hai kon kiske saath hai sab janana hai isko attention seeker aur dusro ke life me interference karna pasand hai isko. I work at CSB Bank in the VRM mumbai JAN -24 to till March -25. I thought this old bank would help my career, but i was wrong. There is no business plan, no incentive, no trainers, no products and no proper Management. No HR support either. Seema Mehra talks a lot but has no real buiness ideas. She hired two team leaders from call center without proper banking knowledge. They make their own rules, wasting time, and do not support VRM. Not allow mobile phone Not allow bags if anyone compaints, seema threatens to ruin their career. TLs take leave and breaks as they want and do not atttend training or know products well. Senior management does not care. Only asking for Life insurance, Many people leave every month because of this. Please do not waste your career here. Join another Bank or comapny to grow....Read More
