CBRE is full of opportunities and learning platform but depends on client's selection of which client you are working with. Individually CBRE has great culture, growth & take care of employees at a higher level.

After the india leader change cbre has become non employees friendly. No one cares about employees they only care about cost cutting and savings

They even switch off AC to save and don't care even when some employees say they are suffocating.

Good product based company with good challenges and long term job security.

Management changes frequently which affects the overall roadmaps for the project. 3 days work from office is too much when some of the even service based companies only has 2 days wfo. This policy can be improved. Employees onshore have still flexible wfh policy. This needs to b changed.

CBRE being a Global Giant in Service Industry has an amazing infrastructure and has thorough SOPs in place. CBRE is very punctual on Salaries and any other claims. PJM of CBRE particularly in NCR is rotten to its core. Processes are followed only on paper. On site Employees are treated as 3rd class citizens. Management and HR are least interested in well being of employees and are more result oriented. Annual increment is somewhere between 5-8% , which feels like a joke. There are no quarterly/annual awards or appreciations. Just one local 4 hr outing in a year in which you won’t be allowed to go because you have to attend to Client requirements.
