About the working place my colleagues come for various backgrounds and culture even tho we work as team with friendly environment. CBRE is the professional facility management company which provide professional Facility management services to our clients for efficient & effective delivery of support & services. I am proud to be part of my team & company. CBRE have there own company portal for leaning various training like Ethics , Health & safety, Compliance. We have taking part for energy saving initiatives & cost saving Ideas for our clients. we are take effort to provide best services to our clients and i am satisfied with my company with every prospective.
So time i feel that our line management team have not appreciating my work if i do better. Just say god work verbally but do not high lite the work with clients. If i give versus suggestion or ideas for better operation of work the line manger team do not give appropriate response to me, even they do not explain to me that why my given suggestion will not be implement. So most for the time I have to take back my given suggestions .

There is a lot of team spirit though the work life balance is poor. For those of us who are willing to go the extra mile, compensation is always good.

The company is highly ethical and has strict policies and procedures it gives all the information about its current operations and encourages employees to have teamwork and also rewards for performances. The job is highly secured and regular training will be held rwgarding working methods, culture, company policies.It also holds online certificate course which is joint venture with texas university, which provide complete project mgnt service which is highly useful.

My work is repetitive but also challenging which enable my capablility to work in smart way.
I love the company for its numerous opportunities to learn at new technologies and the way it's manages their team. They groom the employee to be perfect in their Job and take the career in possible challenging way to strive forward yourself
Once after you put down your papers, you are treated as different entity and your releving formalities are considered very irresponsible. Your F&F will be settled after numerous follow up mails to be written to them

Code standard is high. Some of teammates really good. They support always.
Doing Politics, and unnecessary provides meaningless work. Team leader always demoralising the developers. So that they do the resign and fill the position with their own candidate. Poor management. No respect. Destroying to the company name and fame.
Position is SSD, and doing the job like Programmer and supporting the web application.
Very Bad management and team members of SFDC (Salesforce Practice).
They are extremely bossy and put lot of unnecessary pressure on the employee.
No equality given to employees. Very bossy behavior.
HRs are not concerned whether you are satisfied or if you are facing any issue. They dont talk.
Technologywise also lacking behind from the current market.
No Trainings or facilities for enhancing skills
Almost no career acceleration in terms of skill sets, no growth opportunities, nobody takes any interest enough in you to help you grow or learn, they will just dump the regular work on you and incessantly pressurize you with tight deadlines. Average canteen, no cab service, no team building activities, no offsite and lots of office politics
It was my honour to work with CBRE South Asia Pvt.ltd.I have learned many things from my teammates, My teammates were very friendly to me..they always help me in any situation..Actually,The working Environment is very enjoyable that's why I loved to work there..Some times we have do fun,masti & all that.It was an great place to work.
