Nothing much except for the reason that I like the mission and vision the new CEO and CTO has towards the growth which definitely works out. So much to travel even though ur work does not demands... If u have a good rapport with ur manager u can get free trips to UK, SA and ME regions. Not sure about NA as I was not part of it...😏

Dislikes

New company and still most of the things are not settled as part of HR prcesses. If you are getting into CDK International and not America, you are in trouble because the North American team in India is dealt with Efficient Leaders and they know what they are doing. The International team in India is dealt with bunch of people and not Leaders( especially the top notch or level managers who does things as a monarchial way) who does not even know what they r working for how to save revenue. They always project higher people count to the management and not sure why they r doing so. New CEO Brian and the CTO seems to be good and am sure they will definitely bring the company to a great height s. They don't need stuff. The top management especially the international team in India only needed bonded labour and never satisfied. Typical call center environment as the management is from the call centers . Thanks

I cannot remember one day where I haven't regretted joining the company ....it felt like going to a hostel where u have no rights to do anything that u have in any other organizations. Nothing best as I remember. Or know

I disliked the project atmosphere that I was put in .. it felt like a typical Indian company where the manager is so with downgraded rules where employees are not allowed to discuss with their fellow people. The surprise element comes where two people from the same team will not dare to talk on the floor just because the manager thinks it's a gossip session . Seriously everyone who owns job is a professional who have their own values to follow . Other companies trust there employees whereas here the manager uses the word "SHAME" on the people who work hard to get a recognition to the company more than them. In the first month of me joining the company there were many people who were working there for quite sometime advising me to take a second thought . Which employee degrades their company they are working .. I feel the manager need to change the attitude and mindset . Yelling at people on the floor is the worst any manager can do with so much experience .hope this will help someone

Cdk is very good platform to work ..the work culture is too good and environment is very nice .
It will provide high level salaries to all departments except support freshers.
Can facility is too good and work from home is available.

Dislikes

Support is a wrost platform ,lack of training and documentation in support .very less packages for support freshers after 2 yrs also they won't increase the salaries .no additional allowance apart from salaries .headache work in support .bpo managers and TLs who doesn't know what is agile will work in pure IT support .main drawback is no carrer growth ,the knowledge which we gained here is useless at outside .too much politics and lack of recognization for hard workers .they will encourage only over acting candiates .lack of team support .
Support is a worst platform here don't join in support

I started my career in cdk support . I am only the fresher in entire support .I used to work equally with 5 yrs experience candiates.worked very hard to get a grip on application support and increased my knowledge and skills by myself but it's useless :(

If you want to grow ,buttering is the key skill which is desired in this org (especially in support domain).

Managers and leads are really very irritating and unfriendly, no work life culture
Dominated by managers and project leads who don't know IT support and skill sets at all.
There won't be any thing to learn and grow for yourself if you join support and operations but Only Regrets.
Stick to your current organization or join any other company but not CDK Global.

R&D business units are far better and value employees.

Monotonous, pathetic and shameful because there is nothing for improving personal skill set.
Its a web if you get stuck here, lucky and admiring are those guys who left CDK (personally know a few who have reached beautiful milestones in their career)

company is good i am sure that all the process people all are satisfied by doing their work expect SUPPORT team.

We should not take breaks
we should not talk to our colleagues
Senior Manager will listen to only TL who will always support to only few people whatever that TL said it will be finalized.
Hard workers will never get good ratings
people who will act smart and who will be close to that Management they will get nice ratings
Hard work doesn't matter only acting does matter.
People should carry their laptops to take customer chats while doing team lunch as well
No job guarantee if you are opposite to your manager you will loose your job
HR will never take action on support management after giving number of complaints also.
we have to work like a ROBOT
its completly Hostel environment we can call it as Jail as well

Frequent management changes, for every 6 months changes just to showcase themself they are doing good job, they don't know what they are doing especially global management which actually overriding the decisions of local management. Local management became Trump cards, new MD hyderabad is simply cruel to show the difference with just simple cost cutting. From past 1 year no one is knowing what is happening for products, why they recruit people when they can't progress.

Frequent management and org structure changes. They forgot the principle of being friendly to employee, now it is not safe for employees at all. They don't know how to deal with employees now. The employee who got recruited 3 months back got layed off

I can't see any positives at all.Literally ,a pathetic feeling working under the present set of managment in support.
Associates are disgusted with the treatment provided by leads and manager .

Dislikes

Zero learning , your career will be for a toss if you join this organization.
3rd class people leading cdk support and operations.Only dictators visible on floor ,forget about involvement in core works.
Associates are the productive staff whereas these support leads & managers are a burden for everyone.
Zero integrity and treatment given is like the entire company is ran by their forefathers.

It's an employee centric company and has enough leaves. Good for people who are OK with the desk job with same role and responsibilities for a decade.

Dislikes

They hire without understanding the role and then demote the role of an individual. No Upskill as no LnD dept. No knowledge sharing or best practice. Overall the cheapest experience and the worst decision to join when it comes to professional growth.
