Work life balance, not much scope to learn new things as setup here is all automated just need to follow up the procedure to produce and submit test results. Food is very bad. Not much onsite opportunities.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology in civil engineering field. I love the fact that. I am a part of team. As result I got a high increment in my salary and as incentive also. Another plus point is that, This is a MNC company and I feel so good to work here.

There are a very good culture of work but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 24 house straight in a day.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most the times.

My work is slightly challenge h as I have look after the 6 kmtr stretch of viaduct out of 10 kmtr individualy with a team. I am the all in all of that team and take all responsibility of this stretch.
