Company enviornment and culture is over all good. I got many new skills and advantages from this company as compared to other company. Every worker is also appreciated at his level. My overall experience in this company is good.

My job is very interesting at Cello World. I didn't struggled as much as the new joiners in other companies. I also got respect. My seniors always appreciated my work and always helped me out of any critical situations.

Products are bad.. imported or copied. Nothing original. Do not join this company at any cost. They don't have seating arrangements for employees. They have filled people in all the conference rooms, reception area with big table and chairs, no ac, next i think they will make people sit on the stair case. Only directors floor is well maintained. Talking about employees benefit - there used to be mangoes distributed during summer, that is also stopped. For diwali you will get cheap almond packet that's it. No wfh, no mediclaim, no child care. My colleague got breathing issues sitting in the reception area with cardboard boxes. Notice period was the worst time of my life.. they wanted me to serve 90 days of notice period with no discussion whatsoever. Reason: they were not being able to find a replacement; now even after leaving of this place quite some time ago, they haven't found a replacement. They never wanted to..just torture the leaving employee. I regret my decision of joining this company. During recruitment they will say 2 Saturday off..but it is all a lie....Read More

Cello is a very big company covers almost all ranges. Huge skus and multiple division with good brand rapport in the market

Not a professional company and behaves likes a kirana shop. HR dept is not very worthy. No business ethics or displine and you can't able to escalate any type of issues.
