This is a good company to join. One would enjoy working here, as the people here are supportive professionally and personally. As long as you do your job properly, you will be treated as with care and love. You will not feel insecure at all. Flexibility is the biggest positive.

Work life balance, Annual Parties, client facing opportunity (to a limit though) and multiple areas of involvement in practice management.

Dislikes

Favoratism, hiring new people at Senior designations and not considering employees who are already associated and delivering to high levels since long, clients trust not letting a person go is NOT considered as a positive thing of the person.

When I started it had great organizational culture and flat hierarchy made my tenur in the organisation beautiful.

Dislikes

Now Centric culture has changed a lot. Now management is no longer following the flat hierarchy so managers has started playing politics w ith the fellow employees hence culture of the organisation has become like traditional Indian organisation.
