Very toxic work culture. No one is ready to help with anything, even if they do it will be a negative feedback from the manager. They target people unnecessarily. The manager literally knows nothing about giving a impactful feedback. Too much pressure and stress. Team leads are barely available to help. HR never gets involved in anything. Manager doesn't know how to manage a team.
