This is the best company for Un interrupted electric supply in India. Salary structure is good.job security is excellent.My colleagues behaviour is so good and helpfull for this reason work atmosphere is familiar.

Dislikes

There is no motivation of work. No technical training programme organised in working place. At future career growth and opportunities is not so good. So much politics at upper management.

I am junior engineer at Calcutta electric supply corporation.My department is Main plant operation.This is so challenging job to generate electricity. For this reason I am all time serious in my work place. This is so much energetic and challenging to me

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
