Nothing cause they have nothing for employees no any perks and benefits.

No supportive TL and manager, They'll never appreciate you, They want just meet their target and don't care about employees, even if you meet the whole target they'll always make inappropriate behaviour with you, and even if you are talented and great performer then never expect about your appraisal cause at the appraisal time they'll tell you that it's your goal not your target you, you didn't meet your target so don't expect for appraisal....Read More

It provides an excellent foundation for starting a career, and the staff is highly supportive.

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with the appraisal system, as it involves two appraisal cycles where employees are required to document all their achievements and challenges, as well as provide self-ratings. The appraisal process is based on salary scales, where those with lower salaries tend to receive the highest percentage of appraisal increases.

There were some employees who were aware of their misery.

Everything, no cafeteria, no professionalism, totally crappy office culture, and the top positions for eg, Sr,Team leaders are pathetic. Some of the Team leaders are irrelevant and lack basic mannerism as well as personality.
