Very employee friendly company. Company financials and reputation in North America is very good. No dearth for projects. Moving from one BU to another is easy. Very flexible culture when other IT companies are forcing and threatening employees to return to office, CGI is requesting members to come to office atleast once a week. Senior management is very approachable and open to ideas.

Dislikes

Salary is lesser compared to market standards. But it is ok while considering the flexible work culture and job security. My 6th year in the company and I still love going to work everyday.

Top level manangment behave like cheaters .I worked total 6 years .Last year I got an offer of 28 LPA ,I put down my papaers ,later CGI agreed to offer 26L .So withdeawn my papers .After withdrawn they made it 22.65 L and they told market situvation is not good.The heigher manangment grown by eating others compensations

Similar to any other service company hike and promotions are average There are projects with legacy technologies that have no references as the development team might not be there. Mainly have calls starting early evening and continues till night. Recruitment process is still manual and repetitive.
