Recognition in public domain. The Chairman Dr. Boby Chemmanur has almost achieved celebrity status and is a great human being. Working for the organization promoted by this personality can be considered a matter of pride.
Dislikes
On account of the very limited involvement of Dr. Boby Chemmanur himself in the business the key portfolios are being handled by unprofessional heads who keep personal interest above organization growth. Hence, the overall work culture suffers and gets agonizingly poor.
Work Details
Most of the time felt helpless due to reasons mentioned above. The core team handling retail - front end and back end lack skills & knowledge to take it to the next level. Hence, attempting to resurrect the business professionally will fail.
