Third-class company with no standards, management is the worst, HR Manager is an idiot who can't even construct one decent sentence in English, company has hired one audit team to audit HR work due to their mailing etiquette, they take bribes from employees, HR Manager Manish Kumar, he doesn't even know the exact role of being an HRManager, he makes his own juvenile rules and believes he is the owner of the company. This man doesn't even understand the concept of a team instead, he plays chlidish politics with his own team. He also never employs quality applicants always chooses to employs dump like him. Really lame move by chetu to ask students to come for unpaid training that might stretch from 3 months to 9 months and then fire 60 out of 80 candidates just to select 5 -6 at the end . That too, they sign bond at the time of joining for training itself, for 4 years. And you need to pay 2.5Lakhs incase you want to leave in between. Can't believe how disgusting a company can be

I really thanks to Chetu India Pvt Ltd, to give me a opportunity to work. I have learn lots of things on Chetu. I worked on multiple projects. Really Chetu is very good company to develop skills. Most of the project is in web development. Writing code from scratch to deployment everything is doing by developer only, whic is a very good thing for any one. After Gautam Buddha assumed the role of Floor Manager and I began working with Team Lead Mohan Upadhayay, the job became increasingly difficult. Mohan's management style was characterized by excessive pressure on team members and a problematic approach to workplace politics. His unprofessional behavior, such as consuming tobacco products at his desk, contributed to a negative atmosphere. Job security is a major concern at Chetu, as employees can be terminated without prior notice.
