Team mates r good. Company providing training as per requirements. Carrer growth depends on the relationships. Salary and appraisal also depends on achievement and relationships with the boss. Traveling is related to working profile. Politics is as usual to corporate culture every where. Learning is to much from the team as well as from management staff.
Work environment is good. Innovative scheme and technology bring by company time to time.
Work - life balance is distributed in few financial months like Jan to march. Otherwise good.
Many time people like team mates and Mangers play games of politics in increments or promotion.
There is an understanding between seniors and juniors. There is an opportunity to grow in career, and get promoted. There is yearly appraisal and if we do well in our duties we get good ratings and salary increment more than 20%. There are also a chance to travel abroad by the company's expenses. HOPEFULLY I MIGHT GET PROMOTION IN TWO MONTHS FROM NOW.
The system is slow.
My work is hectic but I like it. I have to manage a team of 4 executives. It is also challenging most of the time as there are daily, weekly, monthly and also annually targets.
I was worked 2 years in CBSL, Chola is a good Company for Learning work, Excellent Support from Boss and Superiors...
Chola provide growth but not immediately, Salary appraisal is good as per my knowledge, I got 9k hike with in 2years....
There is no timings for working hours, no OT or Compansation for day and night work.
Office environment is good in Bangalore office.
In Chola each and everyone support for your work...
But there is no Entertainment and Cultural program for employees to motivate...
Nothing to say about culture over there but i learnt lot of things at very quick time
Soo much of work pressure in IT team, no hr policy, no time flexibility and no personal life for the employees, you have to spend more than 15 hours per day in the company to handle the pressure even though you do your work properly..
