The pay cheque I get every month end.

Management is very biased. There are people sitting for 15-20 yrs and are in higher management, they just run their own monopoly. Managers harass the employees taking undue advantage of their position. Mental harassment is the real thing here. Works on favoritism. Higher management is crap. The most non-cooperative people I have come across in management so far are in CitiBank.

First job at Citibank is the best I had ever got, love for Citi never ends . Citi bank had treated their employees as high as they treat their customers. Axis bank had been takenover not interested as much as Citi. #theloveforciti

It is an International I- Bank based out of US, in the business of banking since more than 200 years

It's Indian Mumbai Management team comprising of VP and SVP... this is specific to my current team though find both extremely unfair, essentially because both lack hard skills hence anybody in team who does a great job of buttering them or making them look good in front of US stakeholders has great career ahead, rest suffer. I suppose that is true elsewhere in India as well.

It the most toxic workplace I have ever seen. Person runs the show bring extraordinary amount if cruelty. Very poor on ethics, narristic, master manipulator, would through her team under the bus if you not in her good books and has well groomed relationship with senior. It run in the worst possible way. A level zero.
