No job security, No young Management, unskilled and unprofessional old management. We will not get any human consideration from any top management. If you praise the managers & directors you can stay longer in Citi. Otherwise, you should be a lady.AVPs to the above level are most toxic and lazy. if you are a hard worker you can't stay long in Citi. They are hiring a lot of people from diverse cultures to increase their brand value but there is no job security. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign.
