Manager/Team lead/BA are not reachable Or supportive. They will expect you to know the business without providing any KT for the same. As a developer, you can fix any technical issue but for the business flow you need their help, this is where they are least interested to provide any kt but will expect you to know every business flow!!!!!

There are certain really good team and applications providing very good learning. Good people to support and networking always works it benefits even in your daily life for problem solving etc

Job security Lot of politics You will get an extremely good performance rating for continuously 5 years and if you change team internally and manager is bad he/she will give bad rating and you will get fired. Your all previous credit will washed off in like minutes. Absolute no role of HR in this process they are just people following top orders.

If you praise the managers & directors you can stay longer in Citi. Otherwise, you should be a lady.AVPs to the above level are most toxic and lazy. if you are a hard worker you can't stay long in Citi. They are hiring a lot of people from diverse cultures to increase their brand value but there is no job security. They will remove them after a few days or they will push you to resign.
