Culture depends who is your direct head or manager, mine was from other country hence life went smooth and truly felt the good foreign work culture with more flexibility, no nonsense attitude, zero politics, more empathy towards employees, better work life balance, even 15 days leaves get approved, better projects but in case you get an Indian Manager then 75% chances are of that you face similar problems of nitty and gritty nature like any other Indian Companies where they won't approve full leaves even though you get 40 days leaves, micromanagement and all....Read More

Work life balance. Ample leaves. No rejection to leaves. Salary on time. Very warm n chilled out management overall not bullying or angry or too mean at all. No overtime. No extra burden. European managers all are very kind always. Indian employees also overall balanced. Understanding environment

Salary hike is too less. has put up too many kpi criterias in last few years. Promotion in designation name and increase in work is there but not in real salary or status of a person.

Location, caste and friend Favoritism, no out of box thinking, managers don't know anything about competitors products and their advantages and they only want numbers from employees. Clarivate will never grow if tenure managers stay in comfort zones. Even managers don't have knowledge in Clarivate products, especially in Chennai and Hyderabad locations
