I was worked there for last 4 years. Management is very Supportive. Also HR department is supportive. There is no any fake commitment by HR and Management. Salary released on proper date of every month. Infact they gave salary in lockdown also. PF, Esic, Mediclaim and leave are maintained properly. As said below comment about one HRexecutive, she is very cooperative why I don't know people comments anything without knowing the facts. She is such a pure soul. Unplanned property with plenty of directors. Carrier wise no future over there as well no facilities to employees Technically software is old as per other properties and no financially growth and personal growth.

Dislikes

No pf involvement of company they charge employees for pf and give it the same amount in future to the employees no overtime and HR head is junior HR and HR head is not treated like his post.
