1. The leave policy needs to be approved, day by day the number of leaves has deceased. 2. Should not change the WFH policy. 3. It’s been frustrating the HRBP members don’t respond to the messages,sometimes you have to wait days. For every small thing need to create request. 4. If system needs to be changed have to wait long, even to exchange small things.

Nice place to work, The Team lead is very helpful and always supportive and helpful in doing R&D. Always get a chance to learn new implementations and new technology on client demands. Happy to stay here.

As per management rules, at least two new courses should be completed by everyone every year, but they can't take up any projects on new technology. The worst part is the HRBP team.
