Iss nothing to like anything in Cofagr, the company is totally worst services in stock market.

There has no respect for employees when team meating held by team leader they use abusive language in meeting, and they also advise us to abuse and heart ego of client when they not make payment. They cut salary if you missed to work for even 1 hour in CRM there show every activity. Ifyou logout 15 mintuest before of your leaving time they call you and scold you. They don't provide company sim card you have to call aur chat with personal no. With clients. I worked 7 months there I not saw anyones face not even of my team leader and they will not share there details with you not even full name because you will search there profiles. They don't have any office all leaders worked from home.They will go personally if your target not achieved. And you have to tell one to days when your salary comes to send salary you have to beg for your salary then they will send you. They don't do itself. my incentive has not been given to me yet. The worst company they can't pay you .... they deduct your salary by half even if you worked everyday for a month.... the office timing is 9am to 7 pm mon to sat ..... they have low employees respect ... they will demoralize you every day .. they will go personal ....

I accidentally said "Love You" at the end of my teams call with my Manager😶

My manager is a middle aged women in her mid 30s, Yesterday we were having our weekly standup call and accidently while ending the call, I said, "Love you" instead of "Thank you". This forced habit of saying Love you at the end of every call has been put into me by my girlfriend and I never knew I'll end up saying this in a Work call. My manager hasn't said anything yet to me but I am scared like hell, What if she complaints to the HR tomorrow😶 Any suggestions, what should I do? Should I apologize? UPDATE: we talked after 2-3 days and she was very chill about it, we even laughed over it a bit and everything seems fine now. Though she has asked me to meet after office for a cup of coffee today, let’s see what happens🤞
