Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

This company feels like more of a zoo. The manager keeps shouting. The sir hierarchy is being followed. He doesnt reply on teams for any query. 60 percent attendance from wfo is mandatory. The office campus is far off in a jungle. Daily average working hours are tracked. No perks. Infact the bus service is bad as well. The whole team works like panchayat system. It's not my personal grudge as everyone in the organisation is pissed off As they have started charging cabs Started dedication in variable component which is part of our own salary Stopped giving birthday and anniversary allowances Working from office 3 days a week is very mandatory - even if you are in hospital. Allowance are deducted according to managers and team lead will 8 hours mandatory login shift for allowance Area is far end in greater Noida that there is nothing Canteen food is pathetic - one time meal is free but pathetic Gym and pool is there but within my 2 years journey I have never got the chance to even see them - don't even know if they are paid of free!! I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. at the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that, I completed what i needed to do. So, I would say that they would describe me as discplined, but friendly and supportive.

No likes, only company ambiance is good.

Dislikes

Don't go on Company ambiance. it's just to attract people. Very poor salary hikes, hidden and unwanted deductions, excessive deductions for Transport, and no Transport for all. and worst part is without any prior intimation and notice didn't get Arrears for 3 months, pathetic. It is not recommended at all.
