Lot of learning a great teammates, have made some great friends here. Though its not like other agencies but once you have worked at Cog it can be career changing experience for you.

Dislikes

Sometimes you have to work on weekends also.

Nothing to like apart from the colleagues.

Dislikes

Everything including deduction in salary for late marks, strict timings, no overtime pay, hr is not helpful at all, management is pathetic, and so on.

1. Great place to learn and grow 2. Opportunity to find a great work life balance only if you prioritize your work and deadlines. 3. Helpful co-workers. 4. friendly environment

Dislikes

1. No perks or benefits to the employees 2. Party and other activities requires contribution which is pathetic considering the fact there are more then 200 employees here. 3. The managers will ignore or keep the responsibility at bay until upper management take a performance review. 4. Blame game. Rather finding the solution they start putting blame game and try to keep the blame on the lower position person or any executive 5. No job security. No apparasial. No communication between the team. 6. Being an intern i feel really neglected and ignore when it comes to my training and knowledge. For me working here is a time waste. I might have give a well positive review but my travelling, working and all those patience and hard work is gone to drain because of there one stupid manager neglection. Even though the manager is at fault they have put all the blame on me without any hesitation and frown. I will never recommend this company for any internship or training purposes. Although your experience might be differ from me as it has been like 2 years since I leave the company and working somewhere else. But, still I wish them success and good luck for there new projects....Read More
