Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.

Work depends upon what project you get. Had a chance to work on a small project from scratch.

Work timings are pathetic. You work at your regular timings and still have to login later for client calls. In my case mostly extending till midnight. The hybrid culture here is totally unproductive. Upper management is worse, expects you to be available anytime for calls.

they can fire you anytime. Manager the different level of attitude. One of the trainer her name is Shreya singh was using for associate such terms "you f""king people you can't do anything. hr will not listen you also if I'll allow to fire, they will not think even. After complaints with SDL. Senior donot have any positivity and understanding.

The list is endless. Poor management of accounts. They give importance only to clients but not to resources. Resources are treated like third class citizens. Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months.
