No job security, even though you worked for long period achieved all your targets leads never get satisfied, all they talk every morning is numbers..instead of Hr Job it felt like working in Sales or marketing with targets pressure.

Less salary and less hike even if you get 4 start rating after so much hard work. Still you will get only 4% hike amount. After spending 3 year still you will get salary of 25400 only. Wast of time wast of hard and the company it self wast only the Cognizant. But nothing init

Growth will be slow unless you are popular among management and colleagues. There is favoritism and whether you have a good career or not depends on the project you choose. Mentality to please the customers is there everywhere and there is little importance given for individual growth.

If you have a project, and are actively working then it is a good place to grow your skills.

The bench period is absolute worst. After 35 days you will be sacked off. No one but you are solely responsible for getting new project opportunities. Your manager and higher ups will simply not care. Very few project opportunities available for programmar analyst role.

It's all depends on own luck. I have seen employees who haven't any work from more than 2.5 year. Atlast , CTS will release you . Many are also there , who got projects on-time. So, I will say it's totally on your own luck.

Cognizant work culture was good but because of New CEO Ravi kumar S . Cognizant culture become worst.he has not increasing payment of the employees till 36 month .

Don't join this organization. 0% job security and only one person is getting benefits in Cognizant and that one is CEO They will but certain condition to not increase your salary.
