It's all depends on own luck. I have seen employees who haven't any work from more than 2.5 year. Atlast , CTS will release you . Many are also there , who got projects on-time. So, I will say it's totally on your own luck.

Cognizant work culture was good but because of New CEO Ravi kumar S . Cognizant culture become worst.he has not increasing payment of the employees till 36 month .

Don't join this organization. 0% job security and only one person is getting benefits in Cognizant and that one is CEO They will but certain condition to not increase your salary.

There is a lot opportunity and learning in workday practise, you can get certifications without any bond.

Learned lot of new things and i have worked with good team and great support from senior managers when you got strucked somewhere. Overall it's a good experience working with cognizant.

End of the day it's a service base company without proper work life balance and not much advisable to stay long in the service based companies like this.

No Job security, in the past one year I have seen alot of people getting forcefully terminated. There are almost no new project in CTS. Only the long term client still remains. Most of the newly hired freshers and being in bench for more than 18 months and getting terminated after that. Yearly Hike percentage dropped very very low.

No job security. Silent layoffs are done in a disrespectful way including good employees. Very low salary for employees. And mainly doesn't settles your remaining amount after your resignation.

Growth will be slow unless you are popular among management and colleagues. There is favoritism and whether you have a good career or not depends on the project you choose. Mentality to please the customers is there everywhere and there is little importance given for individual growth.

there is nothing to like about cognizant .its a horrible place to work.

it is exploitation. they treat u as labours. pay less than daily wage workers. make u work for 13 to 15 hours a day. no leaves ..no week offs .. every week end is a ED ( extra day)..literally no week offs .. forced OTs ... don't choose cognizant if u are not ready for this .....Work life balance is negative.

No proper leaves during post hospitalisation recovery as they don’t have money to get another resource and they say they can’t request client for payment of another resource even though you had serious health issues. It is kinda chilled if project and work is not good - speaking from previous project experiences

Work life balance is pathetic. Manager expect to work 13-15 hrs every. There is very limited resources in a project. They are calling to office but not ready to give food facilities for night shift all the cafeteria is totally closed after 8 pm
