Work life Balance is good, Not much pressure ( Depends on project and Manager). Medical insurance, CAB facility, infrastructure facilities are good. Have wide opportunity to learn and grow if you are really interested. Free courses in Udemy and certification vouchers are provided in Cognizant to skill up the employee.

Dislikes

Earlier it was good about annual hike, but now after major changes in top management the percentage is drastically reduced. No promotion after 4 years even I fulfill the requirements with performance rating reuired.

Like any other service based organization. Big size .Nobody cares you. Standard appraisal with default rating for 80% of associates.Promotion god only knows. Cognizant policy and benifits was good.

Dislikes

Partiality, Lake support from your current supervisor when you release from any project you have to interview again many times, location was also the main concern since lake of opportunity in North.

The most I disliked is the annual hikes which is just peanuts. They have given 3-5% hikes to all the employees ( 5% was the maximum hike given to the top performers, rest all got 3-4%. Management forced us to work on weekends from office which could have been easily managed from home as no one comes on weekends and feels like I am in graveyard, and the entire bay remains empty.
