It's the most terrible experience working in Cognizant the only thing strives in Cognizant is yes mans and humongous corporate politics bases and biased towards a particular language speaking people in Power.

I don't anymore. Within this 5 months they have showed enough color not like them.

There's no job security or stability. It's a big name but there's no certainty even if u clear trainings after trainings,and tests after tests. They make fake promises.

No proper projects, no work to do, I have already completed a training on ADM dotnet a year back in cognizant. We were told we will get projects after that training and later we had no project assignes even after a year. And a year later we were told to join another training batch forcefully , we were not even given another option .After the completion of this training also we are left with no projects and some even had to exit from the company ....Read More
