New joinees and in particular the outstation ones receives support and help for finding an accommodation. This company provides the same. The resources provided are in the form of broker contacts, nearby societies, rental companies etc. I was facing difficulty to find a stay, when I joined here 3 years ago. This policy of their helped me a lot in finding a good one.

Due to this COVID thing, the company has kept a flexible WFH policy. So they allow those who wish to work from home. The management is open to the people working from home. this is good for both the employee and the company. That is what I think.
