Policies, SOP changes every second day. Whether to service client or understand company changes.

The only good thing about cogoport is that the average age group of employees is 25, young people.
Dislikes
1) Favourism, politics and they really do not understand whom to give leadership roles
2) Leaders/managers do not possess the main thing, common sense, but still they are managers because they all belong to same city
3) Without proper investigation, they strictly follow hire and fire policy if you do not perform in 1-2 months, theywill terminate you
4) The main thing is they do not know whom to hire and whom to assign managerial positions

The only thing I liked about cogoport was the employees were very supportive and helping in nature. The work-life balance was also maintained.
Dislikes
The growth opportunities in this company is very less. Only the designation changes but the job remains the same.
The management hardly care about the employees, as well as their ideas.
Not much credit is given to the employees.
Also there is no job security in this company. They strictly follow the hire & fire rule.
