For a fresher to take a experience it will be a great opportunity but for growth u need to find good hospitals or company rather than this , because work culture is average , or ground level employees there will be no learning or experiences , no extra activities to lower your burden , no holidays even u feel sick , according to jobthey gave you less salary , but take more work even after your shift timings are over , no pay for parttime , my overall experience is average...Read More

The job is quite interesting ! I struggled a bit in the beginning . I learnt everything on the job . I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give you good salary hike and bonus every year.
