The Team with whom I Worked and it's Culture. It was the Best ever.

What I Disliked was, After some changes in Management.. Interference with personal life and That Corporate life vulgarity was Seen. I cam Say that it was some Bad Hires who were into their own growth rather then concentrating own company's.

Work Details

Obviously working in Hospital can never be described as Fun. But Columbia and It's Old Staff(mostly resigned and those left are resigning) created a culture where if you are at work.. You enjoy and love your work.. That team spirit.. Helpful nature.. Etc
